Return Policy

Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.

Returns:

Timeframe: You have 30 days after receiving your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused, and in the original packaging. For products where hygiene is a concern, they must be thoroughly cleaned before initiating the return process.

Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, socks, and certain personal care items.

Initiating the process: If you wish to return a product, please email us at: support@selyvonte.com with your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product (in case of damage), and your contact details.

Refunds:

Procedure: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to confirm approval or rejection of your refund. Upon approval, your refund will be processed within 30 days and automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method.

Late or missing refunds: If you have not received your refund after 30 days, first check your bank account. If you still have not received it, please contact us at support@selyvonte.com

Costs:

Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using Track & Trace for your return, as we are not responsible for lost returns. The return must be sent to Belgium or China, and shipping costs start at €20, which are to be covered by the customer.
Exceptions:

Defective or incorrect products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the error occurs again, you will receive a full refund.

Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled after they are placed due to our automated system.
